Branch Manager

Job Summary:

You are responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring revenue growth, high customer service standards, employee development, and operational excellence. This role involves managing profit and loss, optimizing fleet inventory, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed business plan goals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop branch team members.
• Implement safety training and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Manage fleet inventory to maximize profitability.
• Oversee profit and loss reporting and operational reviews.
• Analyze and review daily business reports.
• Conduct branch audits and inventory reviews.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Skills:

• Strong ability to drive revenue growth.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required.

Salary:

Base salary: $80,000 per year plus quarterly profit share and vehicle.
