Fitness Trainer

Job Summary:

You will design and implement personalized training programs for clients. This role involves managing client appointments, marketing and selling training programs, and staying informed about club services and products. Additionally, you will conduct fitness assessments, engage with members to enhance their experience, and maintain a safe and welcoming fitness environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customized fitness programs tailored to client goals.
• Manage and schedule client appointments efficiently.
• Promote and sell personal training services to prospective clients.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Engage with members to enhance their overall fitness experience.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
• Ensure a safe and organized fitness floor environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized program.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Passion, ambition, and expertise in fitness and training.
• Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor.
