Certified Personal Trainer

Job Summary:

You will administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretching, and personal training sessions while establishing and maintaining a client base. This role requires delivering high-quality customer service, staying informed about club services, and ensuring a safe and engaging fitness environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness evaluations, orientations, and personalized training sessions.
• Establish and maintain a strong personal training client base.
• Provide individualized attention and support to members.
• Stay up to date on club services, programs, and products.
• Update and manage the Personal Training App.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all members.
• Attend personal training-related meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1-3 years of previous personal training experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Passion, ambition, and expertise in the fitness industry.
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Reliable, energetic, computer-literate, and client-focused.
• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position.

Salary:

$38-$67 per session; $16.99/hour for non-session work, with additional incentive bonuses available.
