Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary:

You are responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships within their designated territory. This role focuses on generating and maximizing revenue through direct customer engagement and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter looking to grow their sales expertise within a well-established company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily territory operations and drive revenue growth through on-site and office visits.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Develop, plan, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Consistently achieve quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while staying informed about market conditions and competitor pricing.
• Expand and diversify the customer base to include industrial, traditional, and nontraditional accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the industrial market or heavy equipment industry.
• Ability to operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Effective follow-up and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different business environments and respond to market changes.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Salary:

Base salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 (including commission guarantee).
